• As a precautionary measure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 (T3B2) will be closed temporarily to the public from 10 May 2021 until further notice. Only airport workers will be allowed into the area once deep cleaning has been completed and staff have been tested negative for Covid-19.

    During this period, menus from T3B2 F&B outlets may not be available on Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service. The customer service counter at T3B2 will also be closed. Customers needing assistance should visit Information Counter at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall (Level 1). 

    Stores and restaurants at other levels of Terminal 3 will remain open.

To sign up, simply download the iChangi App. Launch the app, select ‘start’, ‘My Changi’ and ‘Changi Rewards’ to enter the Changi Rewards page. Then select ‘Sign up NOW’ and fill in your particulars. Upon submitting your particulars, you are instantly registered and you can start to shop with your Changi Rewards e-Card on the iChangi App.

Alternatively, pick up a Free Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ Card brochure from the cashier counters at participating stores, any Changi Rewards counters or Airport Information Counters. The Changi Rewards programme is open to all, except employees of appointed agencies, front-line staff of retail and F&B tenants and their immediate family. No, each person is entitled to one Changi Rewards membership sign-up. CAG reserves the right to void any one of the duplicate accounts.

Changi Rewards membership is non-transferrable. If any member is found using someone else’s card to accumulate points for his own purchases, CAG reserves the right to terminate the use of his card.

You can use your Changi Rewards card/e-Card to earn points at all participating stores in Changi Airport, on iShopChangi.com and on our partners’ platforms such as Agoda.com, Booking.com and Kaligo.com.

All registered Changi Rewards members will be able to enjoy all benefits instantly after completing the registration.

Changi Rewards accounts will expire if there are no transactions for 5 years from the end of the month in which the last point accrual occurred. If this happens, the account is closed and the points within the account are lost.

Your tier status will reflect on both your e-Card and physical card. Alternatively, you may check your tier status when you log in to your member’s account on www.changirewards.com/login.

Your cumulative spend will be printed at the bottom of your purchase receipt with every transaction made at any participating Changi Airport outlets. 

Alternatively, you may check your transaction records on your member’s account (login required) or via the e-Card on the iChangi app.

Your upgrade status begins the moment you have completed the transaction that qualifies you for the new tier, and it will be valid for one year from the month of spending. For example, if you qualify for Gold tier on 3rd May 2018, your membership in Gold tier shall end on 31st May 2019.

Your cumulative nett spend is based on the total nett spend accumulated in a programme year, after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Minimum spend of $10 in a single receipt applies for cumulative spend to earn Changi Rewards points and in every block of S$10.

If you did not successfully meet the spending requirement to extend your current tier (Gold or Platinum), your current tier status will not be extended and you you will qualify for either Gold or Member tier for the next year, depending on your cumulative spend. E.g. Your Platinum tier membership ended in 30th April 2019 with a cumulative spent of S$4,100. As such, you qualify for Gold membership from 1st May 2019 to 30st April 2020.

Yes, your card can still be used. However, the benefits you enjoy will follow your newest tier.

Earn Points

Present your Changi Rewards e-Card/physical card when you shop and dine at Changi Airport to earn Changi Rewards points. 

You can earn Changi Rewards points by making qualifying purchase at all retail, dining and service outlets located at the public and transit areas in Changi Airport, excluding

  • banks, money changing facilities, top-up card facilities and purchases
  • postal services
  • medical services
  • lounges (Bank/Airline/Ambassador/Pay-per-use/SATS Rainforest/Jet Quay), transit hotels, hotel reservations counters, postage services, Crowne Plaza Hotel
  • telecommunications outlets and counters
  • car rental services, airport shuttle and transportation counters
  • passenger meeting services counters, left luggage service counters, tour and travel services
  • dry cleaning services
  • temporary event & short-term non tenant outposts
  • and such other items or services as determined by CAG from time to time. Information is correct as of time of printing

 

Points are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions at all participating stores. Payment made using Changi Rewards e-Vouchers and all other in Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points. Purchases of Gift / In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points too.

Every S$10 nett spent in a single transaction in Changi Airport participating stores entitles the Changi Rewards member to earn Changi Rewards points, rounded down to the nearest S$10 dollar. You will need to present your e-Card/physical card prior purchase to record the points earned. Get to earn more points as you progress up the tiers! Gold tier members earn 2x Changi Rewards points (S$10 = 20 points) and Platinum members earn 6x Changi Rewards points (S$10 = 60 points).

You can accumulate up to 340,000 Changi Rewards points in a year (w.e.f. 1 April 2018). Once a card member has accumulated 340,000 points in each programme year, no further points will be awarded.

Changi Rewards points for the current programme year have to be redeemed by 30 June of the following year. Any unredeemed points will be forfeited. For example, any points earned in the current programme year from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, will have to be redeemed by 30 June 2019.

Changi Rewards points are available for redemption after seven (7) calendar days from the time they were first earned on a purchase transaction. For example, if you made a qualifying purchase on 1st July 2018, the points earned can only be redeemed from 8th July 2018 onwards.

No, members who have accumulated points in PY2017 bucket will redeem their points under the old redemption rate. Please note that transactions that take place from 1st April 2018 onwards will be calculated under the new programme.

They need to be redeemed by 30th June 2018 under the old redemption rate. Failing which, they will be forfeited. You can use them to exchange for Changi Rewards e-Vouchers, 1-for-1 deals vouchers and CR premium items listed on the online catalogue.

Refer A Friend Programme

Retrieve your referral link on your Changi Rewards account and start sharing! You and your friend will receive 100 Bonus Points each when the recipient of the link signs up, completes the Changi Rewards registration and makes a minimum spend of S$10 with their new Changi Rewards membership. In addition to the points earned, receive an additional 5,000 Bonus Poins for every 5 successful referrals. 

Log in to your Changi Rewards account, click on ‘Referral Programme’, and view ‘My Referral History’. The status of each referral will be updated as friends successfully register. You’ll also receive a notification email from us whenever there is a successful sign up from the friends that you referred.

Your 100 points will be credited to your Changi Rewards account when your friend successfully registers for the programme via the unique link in the invitation email and made a minimum spend of $10 with us. You’ll receive an email notifying you that your 100 points have been credited to your account. Log in to your account to track your referral status and points balance.

This referral programme is only valid if your friend signs up via your referral link. We are not able to track should your friend sign up via other sources/channels.

The friend that you have referred might have clicked on another’s referrer’s link prior to yours. In this case, your referral is considered as unsuccessful.

Changi Rewards e-Vouchers come in denominations of S$5

There is no limit to the number of Changi Rewardse-Vouchers you can redeem. However, the aggregate value of Changi Rewards e-Vouchers held in your Changi Rewards account cannot at any time exceed S$1,000.

If you have S$1,000 of Changi Rewards e-Vouchers in your Changi Rewards account, you can only redeem more Changi Rewards e-Vouchers (using your Changi Rewards points) after you have reduced the amount of Changi Rewards e-Vouchers in your account. You can do this by utilizing the Changi Rewards e-Vouchers in your account at any Changi Rewards participating outlets located at Changi Airport Main Terminals.

If the crediting of Changi Rewards e-Vouchers will result in there being more than S$1,000 in your Changi Rewards account, CAG shall have the discretion to award any Changi Rewards e-Vouchers won by a Changi Rewards member in other forms such as Changi Rewards points, as may be determined by CAG from time to time (such as Changi Rewards points). 

Simply present your Changi Rewards e-Card/physical card prior making payment and inform the respective outlet assistant that you would be using Changi Rewards e-Vouchers to offset your payment. The outlet assistant will then use the e-Vouchers to offset final payment amount.

No, all e-Vouchers are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

No, all e-vouchers have to be used in their full denomination. E.g. if an item is S$4.90 and a S$5 e-voucher is used, the full S$5 will be expensed.

E-Vouchers can be used when the Changi Rewards e-Card/physical card is presented. If you did not bring your physical card, you may use your Changi Rewards e-Card on iChangi app.

In the case of a refund, a refunded e-Voucher with the original expiry date will be issued.

No cancellation or change allowed on the Rewards redemption item once you have completed and confirmed the redemption.

Yes, you can redeem more than one item so long if; you have sufficient Changi Rewards Points, and while stocks last. Each redemption item comes with their terms of usage, hence please refer to the Terms and Conditions before your proceed with your redemption.

The validity of the e-Voucher attractions passes varies according to the Terms and Conditions set by the respective merchant, and the Passes must be utilised within the specified validity period as stated in the redemption confirmation email. Extension of the validity period for the Passes is strictly not allowed.

No, combination of Changi Rewards points earned in different Programme Year is strictly not allowed.

Cancellation and Refunds

The Changi Rewards points earned on the purchase of the good shall be debited from your account accordingly. If the refund and points debit involve a tier change, you will get back your previous tier with immediate effect.

All benefits from the membership will be ceased and all Changi Rewards points earned will be forfeited.

Earn & Spend Points

The points you earn till 31 March 2018 will remain as per the old redemption rate. They will be available for your redemption until 30 June 2018.

The points will expire and cannot be carried over to PY 2018.

Points earned before 31 March are considered Programme Year (PY) 2017 points and cannot be combined with those earned in PY 2018.

There are many ways to earn your Changi Rewards points! Earn your points:

  • With every purchase at participating stores in Changi Airport and at iShopChangi.com (minimum S$10 nett spend per transaction)
  • When you book a hotel stay at participating OTAs (e.g Booking.com, Agoda.com)
  • When you refer a friend to sign up for Changi Rewards

The PY2018 earn rate is as such:

Member S$10 = 10 CR points
Gold S$10 = 20 CR points
Platinum S$10 = 60 CR points

For points earned from PY 2018 onwards, you can now only redeem in round numbers (multiples of 100, 1000 etc). 
The redemption rate now is 1,000 CR points = S$5

Membership Tier

If you have met the PY2017 qualifying spend for:

Member TIer You will be Member until 31 March 2019, unless you spent S$4000 or more during the Programme Year.
Gold Tier You will be Gold status until 31 March 2019, unless you spent S$4000 or more during the Programme Year.

CHANGI ACCOUNT

The Changi Account is a digital account service that enables you to connect and transact on Changi Airport’s digital portals with just one username and password.

To register for a Changi Account, you must be at least 16 years of age. Enhancements to the Changi Account system will be made progressively to include other Changi Airport digital portals.

Your Changi Account is the e-mail address that is entered during the registration process.

For existing Changi Rewards members, log in with your existing Changi Rewards membership details on rewards.changiairport.com. You will be prompted to link your existing account with a Changi Account. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your Changi Account.

Upon successful registration, a verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered as your Changi Account. Please click on the verification link to activate your Changi Account.

Yes, you will be able to access your Changi Account via mobile devices to log in to Changi Rewards website. If you are using the iChangi mobile app, please continue to use your Changi Rewards membership details to access your account.
