MY CHANGI REWARDS ACCOUNT

Changi Rewards account is your personal account that holds information about your Changi Rewards membership (i.e. Your personal profile, accumulated spend, your membership tier etc).

The OneChangi ID is a digital account service that enables you to connect and transact on Changi Airport’s digital portals with just one username and password. With the OneChangi ID, you can log in to Changi Airport’s digital platforms (including iShopChangi.comChangiRewards.com and the iChangi mobile app) using a single username and password. There is no need for you to remember multiple account IDs and passwords moving forth. Your existing and new user accounts with Changi Airport will all be linked, enabling convenient access to information from all your existing accounts.

To view your account information (points earned, accumulated spend, personal profile etc), simply log in to www.changirewards.com/Login. You can also click on the “Log in” button at the top right of Changi Rewards webpage

Alternatively, you can log in to your Changi Rewards account on iChangi App to view these details too.

For existing members, please download the iChangi mobile app, create a OneChangi ID if you haven’t, and link your Changi Rewards account to log in. 

You can either tap on the orange ticker at the top of the app that says “Earn & redeem with Changi Rewards e-Card” or access your Changi Rewards account via My Changi > Changi Rewards.

This e-Card can be accessed via iChangi App which is available via App Store and Google Play store.

Your e-Card works like your physical card. You can use both interchangeably but we would recommend a card-less experience so you can earn points on your purchases at Changi Airport easily.

You will need to present either your e-Card or physical card to earn points for your purchase at Changi Airport.

What is Changi Rewards Membership?

Beyond your regular point-based loyalty programme, Changi Rewards is free and packed with exclusive benefits and privileges. It is Changi Airport’s only loyalty programme that rewards when you shop and dine at Changi airport. Find out all the benefits here.

How do I become a Changi Rewards member?

To sign up, simply download the iChangi App. Launch the app, select ‘start’, ‘My Changi’ and ‘Changi Rewards’ to enter the Changi Rewards page. Then select ‘Sign up NOW’ and fill in your particulars. Upon submitting your particulars, you are instantly registered and you can start to shop with your Changi Rewards e-Card on the iChangi App.

Alternatively, pick up a Free Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ Card brochure from the cashier counters at participating stores, any Changi Rewards counters or Airport Information Counters. Register the Take-One card at www.changirewards.com/register, via the iChangi mobile app, or at any of the Changi Rewards counter. 

Who can join Changi Rewards?

The Changi Rewards programme is open to all, except employees of appointed agencies, front-line staff of retail and F&B tenants and their immediate family. Immediate family refers to spouse, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings. Applicants must be 16 years and above at the time of card application.

How long does it take to start my membership after I have submitted my particulars?

Your membership starts immediately upon receiving your completed registration.

Do I have to pay for the membership?

Changi Rewards membership is free.

What benefits and privileges do I enjoy as a Changi Rewards member?

Can I sign up for two Changi Rewards memberships under my name?

No, each person is entitled to one Changi Rewards membership sign-up. CAG reserves the right to void any one of the duplicate accounts.

Can I share my Changi Rewards membership with others?

Changi Rewards membership is non-transferrable. If any member is found using someone else’s card to accumulate points for his own purchases, CAG reserves the right to terminate the use of his card.

Where can I use my Changi Rewards card / e-Card?

You can use your Changi Rewards card/e-Card to earn points at all participating stores in Changi Airport, on iShopChangi.com and on our partners’ platforms such as Agoda.com, Booking.com and Kaligo.com.

When can I start to enjoy the Changi Rewards benefits?

All registered Changi Rewards members will be able to enjoy all benefits instantly after completing the registration.

What is the expiry date of the membership?

Changi Rewards accounts will expire if there are no transactions for 5 years from the end of the month in which the last point accrual occurred. If this happens, the account is closed and the points within the account are lost.

I lost my membership card. How can I get another card?

We recommend a card-less experience. You can access your Changi Rewards e-Card via the iChangi App on your mobile device. You do not have to worry about losing your card again.

Can I transfer my membership to someone?

Changi Rewards membership is strictly non-transferable.

I am leaving Singapore for good and not coming back anytime soon. How do I terminate the membership?

To cancel your Changi Rewards membership, please inform us by writing in to us through the Contact Us webform. Your personal details will then be deleted from our system within 7 working days. Kindly note that if you cancel your Changi Rewards membership, you will no longer be able to use your points, and enjoy all the privileges of the programme.

How do I know which tier I am in?

Your tier status will reflect on both your e-Card and physical card. Alternatively, you may check your tier status when you log in to your member’s account on www.changirewards.com/login.

How do I find out what is my cumulative spend, as I track towards Gold or Platinum tiers?

Your cumulative spend will be printed at the bottom of your purchase receipt with every transaction made at any participating Changi Airport outlets. 

Alternatively, you may check your transaction records on your member’s account (login required) or via the e-Card on the iChangi app.

What are the start and end dates of my Changi Rewards Gold and Platinum membership?

Your upgrade status begins the moment you have completed the transaction that qualifies you for the new tier, and it will be valid for one year from the month of spending. For example, if you qualify for Gold tier on 3rd May 2018, your membership in Gold tier shall end on 31st May 2019.

What do you mean by 'cumulative nett spend'?

Your cumulative nett spend is based on the total nett spend accumulated in a programme year, after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Minimum spend of $10 in a single receipt applies for cumulative spend to earn Changi Rewards points and in every block of S$10.

I have achieved the entry criteria for the next tier. When can I start to use the benefits that come with my new tier?

You can start enjoying the new tier benefits immediately.

What happens if I cannot meet the qualification criteria to extend my current tier status for the next year?

If you did not successfully meet the spending requirement to extend your current tier (Gold or Platinum), your current tier status will not be extended and you you will qualify for either Gold or Member tier for the next year, depending on your cumulative spend. E.g. Your Platinum tier membership ended in 30th April 2019 with a cumulative spent of S$4,100. As such, you qualify for Gold membership from 1st May 2019 to 30st April 2020.

I have just moved from Gold/ Platinum tier to the Member tier. Will my current card still work?

Yes, your card can still be used. However, the benefits you enjoy will follow your newest tier.

Earn Points

How do I start earning Changi Rewards points?

Present your Changi Rewards e-Card/physical card when you shop and dine at Changi Airport to earn Changi Rewards points. 

You can earn Changi Rewards points by making qualifying purchase at all retail, dining and service outlets located at the public and transit areas in Changi Airport, excluding

  • banks, money changing facilities, top-up card facilities and purchases
  • postal services
  • medical services
  • lounges (Bank/Airline/Ambassador/Pay-per-use/SATS Rainforest/Jet Quay), transit hotels, hotel reservations counters, postage services, Crowne Plaza Hotel
  • telecommunications outlets and counters
  • car rental services, airport shuttle and transportation counters
  • passenger meeting services counters, left luggage service counters, tour and travel services
  • dry cleaning services
  • temporary event & short-term non tenant outposts
  • and such other items or services as determined by CAG from time to time. Information is correct as of time of printing

 

Points are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions at all participating stores. Payment made using Changi Rewards e-Vouchers and all other in Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points. Purchases of Gift / In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points too.

How does the point system work?

Every S$10 nett spent in a single transaction in Changi Airport participating stores entitles the Changi Rewards member to earn Changi Rewards points, rounded down to the nearest S$10 dollar. You will need to present your e-Card/physical card prior purchase to record the points earned. Get to earn more points as you progress up the tiers! Gold tier members earn 2x Changi Rewards points (S$10 = 20 points) and Platinum members earn 6x Changi Rewards points (S$10 = 60 points).

Where can I earn Changi Rewards points?

You can use your Changi Rewards card/e-Card to earn points at all participating stores in Changi Airport, on iShopChangi.com and on our partners’ platforms such as Agoda.com, Booking.com and Kaligo.com.

Is there a cap to how many points I can earn?

You can accumulate up to 340,000 Changi Rewards points in a year (w.e.f. 1 April 2018). Once a card member has accumulated 340,000 points in each programme year, no further points will be awarded.

How long does it take for the points to be reflected into my account?

Points will be awarded into your account immediately upon payment.

For bonus points during promotional period, please follow the terms and conditions of the respective promotions to understand the grace period to award your bonus points.

How do I check my points balance and transaction?

You can do so using the iChangi app on your mobile device

Alternatively, you can check when you log in to your member’s portal on www.changirewards.com/login.>

Points balance will also be printed at the bottom of the receipt with every of your purchase if you present your e-Card/physical card at any participating Changi Airport outlets. Only points accumulated in that Programme Year will be reflected on the receipt.

What happen if I forget to bring my membership card?

You can now shop with your mobile by getting a Changi Rewards e-Card. Simply download the iChangi App. Launch the app, select ‘start’, ‘My Changi’ and ‘Changi Rewards’ to enter the Changi Rewards page. Log in and you can start to earn points with your e-Card.

Is there a specific period for me to earn the points?

You can earn points all year round from the time of registration.

Can I use someone else’s receipts to earn Changi Rewards points?

Changi Rewards points can only be awarded for your own purchases. If any member is found using receipts other than those for his own purchases to accumulate points, CAG reserves the right to terminate the use of his card.

Can I do a retrospective claim for my points if I forget to present my card at the point of purchase?

No. Changi Rewards points can only be awarded when the member presents the card at the point of sale.

Can I earn Changi Rewards points at the same time as earning points with other retailers in the airport, who have their own loyalty programme e.g. Starbucks/Watsons?

Yes, you can. Simply present both loyalty cards at the time of purchase.

It has been a while since my last transaction, and yet Changi Rewards points have not been posted to my account. What do I do?

Please email us at enquiry@changiairport.com with your supporting receipts and we will look into the matter. Please give us at least 7 working days to get back to you.

Can I give my bonus points away?

No. Points can only be redeemed by the intended account holder only.

If I use eV (e-vouchers) to offset my purchase, will I still earn points?

Points are awarded based on the nett purchase value after deduction of discounts and voucher redemptions at all participating retailers. Payment made using Changi Dollar Vouchers, Changi Rewards e-Voucher and all other In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points. Purchases of Gift / In-Store Vouchers are not entitled to Changi Rewards points too.

What happens to my Changi Rewards points if I return the good for refund?

The Changi Rewards points earned on the purchase of the good shall be debited from your account accordingly. If the refund and points debit involve a tier change, you will get back your previous tier with immediate effect.

How can I start to redeem my points?

You can redeem your Changi Rewards points from the wide list of items on the redemption catalogue. Alternatively, you can redeem Changi e-vouchers via iChangi App. Upon entering ‘Changi Rewards’ on iChangi App, select ‘Redeem my points’ to redeem Changi Rewards e-Voucher.

What can I use the points for?

Changi Rewards points can be used to redeem for Changi Rewards e-Voucher to offset your purchases, premiums, Krisflyer miles and many more. Find out more on our redemption catalogue.

Is there a specific period for me to spend the points?

Changi Rewards points for the current programme year have to be redeemed by 30 June of the following year. Any unredeemed points will be forfeited. For example, any points earned in the current programme year from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019, will have to be redeemed by 30 June 2019.

Can I transfer my unutilised points to my family / friends?

No, Changi Rewards points are non-transferable.

Can I bring over my unutilized points to the next year?

Any unredeemed points will be automatically forfeited. No extension of validity for unused points is allowed.

Can I authorise another person to redeem my points at the Changi Rewards booth, on my behalf?

To authorise another person to redeem your Changi Rewards points on your behalf, please complete the Letter of Authorisation (click here to download the Letter of Authorisation). Your authorised redemption party will need to bring along the following documents. Verification checks will be conducted prior to the redemption:

Can I offset my in-store purchase with my points?

Yes, you can. Redeem Changi e-vouchers via your iChangi App with your Changi Rewards points and you can offset your purchases at the participating stores

When can I start redeeming my Changi Rewards points?

Changi Rewards points are available for redemption after seven (7) calendar days from the time they were first earned on a purchase transaction. For example, if you made a qualifying purchase on 1st July 2018, the points earned can only be redeemed from 8th July 2018 onwards.

Is there a maximum amount of points that can be redeemed in one order?

No, there is no limit.

Will the new Changi Rewards programme in 2018 affect my points accumulated in 2017?

No, members who have accumulated points in PY2017 bucket will redeem their points under the old redemption rate. Please note that transactions that take place from 1st April 2018 onwards will be calculated under the new programme.

What will happen to my Changi Rewards points accumulated under the old programme?

They need to be redeemed by 30th June 2018 under the old redemption rate. Failing which, they will be forfeited. You can use them to exchange for Changi Rewards e-Vouchers, 1-for-1 deals vouchers and CR premium items listed on the online catalogue.

Refer A Friend Programme

How do my friends and I enjoy the referral benefits?

Retrieve your referral link on your Changi Rewards account and start sharing! All you have to do is to enter the names and email addresses of those friends you want to refer in the Member’s portal. They will receive an invitation email to sign up for the Changi Rewards membership. You and your friend will get 100 Referral Points each for every successful referral who sign up with your referral link. A referral is only considered successful when the recipient of the link signs up and complete the Changi Rewards registration. In addition to the points earned, receive a pair of movie vouchers for every 5 friends you have successfully referred.

How do I know if my friends have signed up?

Log in to your Changi Rewards account, click on ‘Referral Programme’, and view ‘My Referral History’. The status of each referral will be updated as friends successfully register. You’ll also receive a notification email from us whenever there is a successful sign up from the friends that you referred.

When will I receive my 100 points for referring a friend?

Your 100 points will be credited to your Changi Rewards account when your friend successfully registers for the programme via the unique link in the invitation email. You’ll receive an email notifying you that your 100 points have been credited to your account. Log in to your account to track your referral status and points balance.

How do my friend quote my name if he/she decided to sign up at the Changi Rewards booth?

This referral programme is only valid if your friend signs up via your referral link. We are not able to track should your friend sign up via other sources/channels.

Why is my referral invitation status “Rejected?

The friend that you have referred might have clicked on another’s referrer’s link prior to yours. In this case, your referral is considered as unsuccessful.

Changi Rewards e-Voucher is a digital voucher that allows you to offset your purchases whenever you shop or dine in Changi Airport.

Is there an expiry date to the Changi Rewards e-Voucher?

How many points do I need to redeem Changi Rewards e-Voucher?

1,000 CR points = $5 e-voucher

Changi Rewards e-Vouchers come in denominations of S$5

How many e-vouchers can I redeem?

There is no limit to the number of e-Vouchers you can redeem.

How do I use my e-Vouchers?

Simply present your Changi Rewards e-Card/physical card prior making payment and inform the respective outlet assistant that you would be using Changi Rewards e-Vouchers to offset your payment. The outlet assistant will then use the e-Vouchers to offset final payment amount.

Am I able to transfer my e-Vouchers to another Changi Rewards member?

No, all e-Vouchers are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Can I use my e-Voucher partially?

No, all e-vouchers have to be used in their full denomination. E.g. if an item is S$4.90 and a S$5 e-voucher is used, the full S$5 will be expensed.

If I forget to bring my Changi Rewards card, will I still be able to use my e-Voucher?

E-Vouchers can be used when the Changi Rewards e-Card/physical card is presented. If you did not bring your physical card, you may use your Changi Rewards e-Card on iChangi app.

If I do a refund on a transaction that was paid with e-Voucher, can I request for the e-Voucher to be refunded back to me?

In the case of a refund, a refunded e-Voucher with the original expiry date will be issued.

Redemption Catalogue

How can I do redeem from the Redemption Catalogue?

To redeem, please log into your Changi Rewards Account and select ‘Redeem My Points’.

Can I redeem at the Changi Rewards booth?

Yes, you may approach our staff to assist you in your redemption.

Please take note that for e-items, you will need to wait for the e-items to be sent to your registered email address.

How and where do I pick up my redemption items?

You will receive a confirmation email if you redemption is successful. Please follow the instructions in the email to collect your items. 

e-Vouchers for the Attraction Passes will be sent to your registered email address.

Can I authorise another person to collect the redeemed items on my behalf?

To authorise another person to collect redeemed items on your behalf, please complete the Letter of Authorisation (click here to download the Letter of Authorisation). Your authorised redemption party will need to bring along the following documents. Verification checks will be conducted prior to the redemption:

How and when do I receive my redemption confirmation?

A redemption confirmation email will be sent to your registered Changi Rewards email address. For Changi Rewards e-Voucher, it will be sent to you instantly and you may start using your e-Voucher.

Can I cancel or amend my redemption after confirmation?

No cancellation or change allowed on the Rewards redemption item once you have completed and confirmed the redemption.

Can I redeem for more than one item if I have sufficient Changi Rewards Points?

Yes, you can redeem more than one item so long if; you have sufficient Changi Rewards Points, and while stocks last. Each redemption item comes with their terms of usage, hence please refer to the Terms and Conditions before your proceed with your redemption.

If I have insufficient points for a reward I wish to redeem, can I purchase the Changi Rewards points to top up my balance?

No, this option is currently not available.

What is the validity period of the e-Voucher attraction pass?

The validity of the e-Voucher attractions passes varies according to the Terms and Conditions set by the respective merchant, and the Passes must be utilised within the specified validity period as stated in the redemption confirmation email. Extension of the validity period for the Passes is strictly not allowed.

Can I combine Changi Rewards points earned in different Programme Year for the purpose of redemption?

No, combination of Changi Rewards points earned in different Programme Year is strictly not allowed.

Cancellation and Refunds

What will happen to my CR points if I return the item I have purchased?

The Changi Rewards points earned on the purchase of the good shall be debited from your account accordingly. If the refund and points debit involve a tier change, you will get back your previous tier with immediate effect.

What will happen to my CR points and benefits if I cancel my Changi Rewards membership?

All benefits from the membership will be ceased and all Changi Rewards points earned will be forfeited.

Refreshed Changi Rewards Membership

What does this mean for me?

More than earning and redeeming points, you can look forward to new and wider range of benefits even when you are overseas, beyond Changi Airport from 1 April 2018 onwards.

What is this Changi Rewards Refreshed programme about?

Changi Rewards Refreshed programme aims to delight members with new benefits and privileges like 1-for-1 dining deals, Sure-Win Game, parking privileges and airport lounge access. Present your Changi Rewards card/e-Card when you spend at Changi Airport and get ready to fly high with sweeter rewards – from 1 April 2018!

When will these changes take place?

From 1 April 2018 onwards.

What do I need to do to enjoy the Changi Rewards Refreshed programme?

You don’t have to do anything! All existing registered Changi Rewards accounts will be upgraded to enjoy the new benefits according to the tier.

What does a “Programme Year” (PY) mean?

A Programme Year (PY) is a yearly period for the refresh of your Changi Rewards points balance. Each PY starts on 1 April of that year and ends on 31 March of the following year e.g. PY 2017 is from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018, while PY 2018 runs from 1 April 2018 to 31 March 2019.

Earn & Spend Points

Will all my points earned up until 31 March 2018 follow the new or old redemption rate?

The points you earn till 31 March 2018 will remain as per the old redemption rate. They will be available for your redemption until 30 June 2018.

What if I do not use up my points from Programme Year (PY) 2017 by 30 June 2018?

The points will expire and cannot be carried over to PY 2018.

Can I combine the points earned before 31 March 2018 with those earned after 1 April 2018?

Points earned before 31 March are considered Programme Year (PY) 2017 points and cannot be combined with those earned in PY 2018.

How do I earn points from 1 April 2018 onwards?

There are many ways to earn your Changi Rewards points! Earn your points:

Is there a change in my earn rate?

The PY2018 earn rate is as such:

Member S$10 = 10 CR points
Gold S$10 = 20 CR points
Platinum S$10 = 60 CR points

Is there any change in the redemption rate?

For points earned from PY 2018 onwards, you can now only redeem in round numbers (multiples of 100, 1000 etc). 
The redemption rate now is 1,000 CR points = S$5

Membership Tier

Will there be any changes to my tier status after 1 April 2018?

If you have met the PY2017 qualifying spend for:

Member TIer You will be Member until 31 March 2019, unless you spent S$4000 or more during the Programme Year.
Gold Tier You will be Gold status until 31 March 2019, unless you spent S$4000 or more during the Programme Year.
Platinum Tier You will be Platinum status until 31 March 2019.

How do I enjoy Changi Rewards Entertainer 1-for-1 Dining Offer?

You may redeem your Changi Rewards points for a Changi Rewards Entertainer app VIP key via the Rewards Catalogue. Upon successful redemption, an email with the key and instructions will be sent to you.

How do I enjoy the Global Airport Lounge Pass benefit?

This is an exclusive privilege for Platinum Changi Rewards members only. Platinum members will receive an email on how to redeem the Airport Lounge pass. If you are a Platinum member but you did not receive the instruction email, please email us at enquiry@changiairport.com.

Where can I enjoy my complimentary Global Airport Lounge access?

You can use your complimentary Global Airport Lounge access at the following locations:

How do I take part in the Sure-Win Game?

Simply spend S$30 nett in a single receipt at Changi Airport and you will receive a token to play the Sure-Win Game online. Your game token will expire 3 months from the date of issue. Please redeem your prize within 6 months from the date of play. 

Game tokens will be credited to your account from 1 April 2018 for every qualifying purchase. Collect as many as you can and get ready to play and win from 16 April 2018 onwards.

Do I need CR points to take part in the Sure-Win Game?

You are auto-qualified to take part in the Sure-Win game with every S$30 nett spend in a single receipt at Changi Airport. There will be no CR points required to play the Sure-Win game. You will be able to see your total number of game-play tokens online when you sign in to your Changi Rewards account.

Take-One Card

What is a “Take-One” card?

The Changi Rewards 'Take-One' card is a card enclosed within the Changi Rewards brochure that you can find in participating stores, Changi Rewards booths in Changi Airport. This card allows you to start earning Changi Rewards points when you shop and dine at Changi Airport. However, in order to redeem your Changi Rewards points and to enjoy the full suite of benefits and privileges, you will need to activate your Take-One card on iChangi app on your mobile device, or via www.changirewards.com/registration.

How do I register my ‘Take-One’ card?

Follow the steps below to register your Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ card.

  • Visit changirewards.com/registration by clicking here
  • Enter the following information:
    • NRIC and Passport number
    • Last 11 digit of the card number (Printed at the front of your card, beginning with ’99’ eg. 9900000000034) and PIN
    • Complete your profile. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent. You can start redeeming your points for Changi Rewards e-Vouchers and other exciting rewards.

Can I update my particulars on my card?

To update your particulars (e.g. name, address, contact details etc) on the card, follow the instructions above to register your card. This will allow you to gain access to your online Changi Rewards account, where you can update your contact details, manage your membership, track your points balance and more.

What should I do if I lose my Changi Rewards ‘Take-One’ card?

If you have registered your card, you will need to report the loss of your card through the Changi Contact Centre at +65 6595 6868 or enquiry@changiairport.com .The card activity will be paused until we issue you a new Changi Rewards card number. All your account information (ie, points, OCID login, profile) will be transferred to the new card number. You may re-login to your iChangi app to view your updated card number. If you would like your existing card to be terminated prior to the replacement, please write to us through the Contact Us webform. If you have not registered your card, we will not be able to trace the lost card. Request for any remaining points to be transferred from the lost card to a new card, will not be entertained.

The ‘Take-one’ card is flImsy. Can I get it replaced?

If you would like your card to be replaced, simply go to the Changi Rewards Counter located at Terminal 3 Basement 2. Alternatively, we strongly encourage you to download the iChangi app, so that you can access to your Changi Rewards e-Card on the go.

I have registered my card successfully. How do I collect my 50 points and exclusive gift?

The 50 free points will be credited automatically to your Changi Rewards account. Simply log on to your account to check your points balance.

To collect your gift, simply present your Changi Rewards card and a printout of your confirmation email at any of our Changi Rewards booth.

I have accumulated enough spend to upgrade to the next tier on my unregistered card. Will I be upgraded accordingly?

You will be upgraded to the next tier and entitled to next tier benefits if you meet the qualifying spend. However, as the unregistered card does not have any personal particulars, we are unable to notify you about the tier upgrade. 

To ensure that you are notified about important membership updates, do register your card with your personal particulars and contact details. This will allow us to inform you about the tier upgrade via emails.

I am not sure if I am already an existing Changi Rewards member. How can I check?

To do an immediate verification, simply log-on to www.changirewards.com/register and key in your NRIC/FIN/PP No. to validate.

I am prompted by your system that my NRIC/FIN/PP No. exist in the system. What should I do?

Please follow the following steps to access your account:

  • Reset your Changi Rewards login password by clicking here.
  • Create an OneChangi ID (OCID) after you have logged in to your account to sync it to OCID.

I have started using a ‘Take-One’ Card to earn points on my purchases. However, I am now prompted by your system that my NRIC/FIN/PP No. exists in the system. What should I do?

Please submit a card merging request to us on the Contact Us webform. Kindly note that it will take 7 working days of processing time, and a 50 Changi Rewards Points administrative fee will be imposed for every card merging request.

ONECHANGI ID

What is the OneChangi ID?

The OneChangi ID is a digital account service that enables you to connect and transact on Changi Airport’s digital portals with just one username and password.

Who is eligible for the OneChangi ID?

There are no restrictions on eligibility to register for a OneChangi ID. Enhancements to the OneChangi ID system will be made progressively to include other Changi Airport digital portals.

What is my OneChangi ID?

Your OneChangi ID is the e-mail address that is entered during the OneChangi ID registration process.

How do I register for a OneChangi ID?

For existing Changi Rewards members, log in with your existing Changi Rewards membership details on www.changirewards.com. You will be prompted to link your existing account with a OneChangi ID. Follow the on-screen instructions to register your OneChangi ID.

How do I know if my registration for a OneChangi ID is successful?

Upon successful registration, a verification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered as your OneChangi ID. Please click on the verification link to activate your OneChangi ID.

Can I access my OneChangi ID via mobile devices?

Yes, you will be able to access your OneChangi ID via mobile devices to log in to Changi Rewards website. If you are using the iChangi mobile app, please continue to use your Changi Rewards membership details to access your account.

Enhancements to the OneChangi ID system will be made progressively to include other digital portals.

Can I amend my Changi Rewards account details after registering for a OneChangi ID?

Yes, you will be able to amend your Changi Rewards account details on your own, but please note your registered OneChangi ID e-mail address will supercede the existing e-mail address registered under your Changi Rewards account.

For the OneChangi ID, please contact us via login@changiairport.com should you wish to amend your registered e-mail address and personal details. Please note that your request will be reviewed and processed on case-by-case basis.

Why do I receive email notification from the OneChangi System?

An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered as your OneChangi ID for verification purposes when you first register for a OneChangi ID. Please click on the verification link to activate your OneChangi ID.

What should I do if I have not received my verification email?

If you have just registered your OneChangi ID and Changi Rewards / iShopChangi account: Please contact us via: login@changiairport.com for assistance.

What happens to my email subscriptions?

E-Newsletters will be sent to your registered OneChangi ID e-mail address. Your registered OneChangi ID will supercede the existing e-mail address registered under your Changi Rewards account.

What happens to the email address that I used to register my Changi Rewards account?

Your registered OneChangi ID will supercede the existing email address registered under your Changi Rewards account. Please use your OneChangi ID to log in and access your Changi Rewards account as well. 

Please note that a single OneChangi ID can only be tagged to one Changi Rewards card number.

Any impact on my Changi Rewards points and transactions?

There will be no impact on your Changi Reward points or transactions.

Why did you need to know my NRIC for the membership sign up?

NRIC is a unique field Changi Rewards use to identify each member. Rest assured that your personal particulars will not be shared without your consent.

Why did you need me to provide my Vehicle IU number?

This information is required for the parking privileges benefit for Gold and Platinum members.

What are you going to use my data for?

To share with you the latest promotions, exclusive events and other exciting information, these particulars are collected to aid us in identifying you and sharing more relevant information with you. To find out more, please read our privacy policy here.

If someone else got hold of my Changi Rewards card, can he/she access my personal information with my card?

The members’ portal requires your log in email address and password to access. Hence, others will not be able to access your details with the Changi Rewards card.

Password Reset

I have forgotten my online password. How do I retrieve it?

If your Changi Rewards account is already linked to OneChangi ID, please reset your password here

If your Changi Rewards account has not been linked to the OneChangi ID, please retrieve your online password at our website. You will have to key in your NRIC/FIN and the email address you have registered with your Changi Rewards account. When the correct information has been provided, your new password will be emailed to you.

Why am I not receiving newsletters and updates for my Changi Rewards account?

You need to subscribe to opt in to receive the latest offers and promotions from Changi Rewards. 

To update your subscription status, please log on to your online account.

How do I unsubscribe from email now news, offers and promotions from Changi Airport?

If you do not wish to receive emails from us, you may unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email. You may also update your subscription status via your members’ portal.
