• As a precautionary measure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 (T3B2) will be closed temporarily to the public from 10 May 2021 until further notice. Only airport workers will be allowed into the area once deep cleaning has been completed and staff have been tested negative for Covid-19.

    During this period, menus from T3B2 F&B outlets may not be available on Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service. The customer service counter at T3B2 will also be closed. Customers needing assistance should visit Information Counter at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall (Level 1). 

    Stores and restaurants at other levels of Terminal 3 will remain open.

SATS Exclusive Catering Tour

15 lucky Changi Rewards members and guests had a private SATS guided tour, which produce a range of authentic in-flight cuisines. The event started with an insight of the SATS services and in-house technologies. Hygiene is prioritized, as guests donned full hygiene set before the tour.

Do you know food taste different due to cabin pressure? Guests got to experience the cabin simulator where food testing is done. 

To end the tour? Guests enjoyed refreshments, and went home with exclusive SATS sauces.
