• As a precautionary measure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 (T3B2) will be closed temporarily to the public from 10 May 2021 until further notice. Only airport workers will be allowed into the area once deep cleaning has been completed and staff have been tested negative for Covid-19.

    During this period, menus from T3B2 F&B outlets may not be available on Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service. The customer service counter at T3B2 will also be closed. Customers needing assistance should visit Information Counter at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall (Level 1). 

    Stores and restaurants at other levels of Terminal 3 will remain open.

SATS Exclusive Catering Kitchen Tour

An exclusive tour of behind-the-scenes at SATS Inflight Kitchen was conducted for 15 lucky Changi Rewards members and guests.

Guests got to experience SATS hygiene procedure - a full hygiene outfit, and air shower before entering the premises. 

SATS produces up to 80,000 meals per day, with considerations during production including high food safety standards, nutritional value and dietary requirements.

After enjoying an array of dishes, attendees went home with Changi Rewards premiums and exclusive SATS sauces.
