• As a precautionary measure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 (T3B2) will be closed temporarily to the public from 10 May 2021 until further notice. Only airport workers will be allowed into the area once deep cleaning has been completed and staff have been tested negative for Covid-19.

    During this period, menus from T3B2 F&B outlets may not be available on Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service. The customer service counter at T3B2 will also be closed. Customers needing assistance should visit Information Counter at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall (Level 1). 

    Stores and restaurants at other levels of Terminal 3 will remain open.

Exclusive CHANEL N°5 Holiday Collection Event

Right before Christmas on 21 December 2019, Changi Rewards and CHANEL held an exclusive event to introduce the CHANEL N°5 Holiday Collection.

Over 70 members were invited and makeup tips was shared in a live demonstration by the CHANEL experts. Festive activities were also specially curated for our members, including DIY Christmas Baubles, customised holiday card calligraphy and a free & easy tour of the CHANEL lounge as well as CHANEL N°5 space.
