• As a precautionary measure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 (T3B2) will be closed temporarily to the public from 10 May 2021 until further notice. Only airport workers will be allowed into the area once deep cleaning has been completed and staff have been tested negative for Covid-19.

    During this period, menus from T3B2 F&B outlets may not be available on Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service. The customer service counter at T3B2 will also be closed. Customers needing assistance should visit Information Counter at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall (Level 1). 

    Stores and restaurants at other levels of Terminal 3 will remain open.

POINTS VALIDITY

Changi Rewards points are earned during each programme year that runs from 1 April – 31 March. Changi Rewards points earned in the last programme year must be used by 30 June in the current programme year, after which they expire.
