Terms and Conditions

• - Promotion is only valid for transactions made in-store, at participating Retail tenants, from 8 - 11 November 2024, subject to the operating hours of the respective stores.

• - Promotion is only valid for transaction amount between S$11 and S$10,000. For avoidance of doubt, GST discount will be capped at S$10,000 per transaction amount. The remaining amount exceeding S$10,000 will not qualify for promotion.

• Example:
  > Transaction amount = S$15,000
  > Amount entitled for GST-absorbed promotion = S$10,000
  > GST discount that will be issued by tenant instore = S$900 (9% of $10,000)
  > GST amount that will not be issued by tenant instore = S$450 (9% of $15,000 less $10,000)
• * The GST amount may vary depending if the GST is already included in the price of the item (in the above example, GST amount is not inclusive of the purchase price)

• - Promotion is only valid on same day of transaction.
•  
• - Promotion is only valid for transactions after deduction of all other discounts.
•  
• - Promotion is not valid for purchases of vouchers, gift cards and tobacco.
•  
• - Online purchases from participating Retail tenants will not be eligible for the promotion.

• - Promotion is subjected to respective participating Retail tenant’s terms and conditions. Please check in-store for details.
