• As a precautionary measure, Changi Airport Terminal 3 Basement 2 (T3B2) will be closed temporarily to the public from 10 May 2021 until further notice. Only airport workers will be allowed into the area once deep cleaning has been completed and staff have been tested negative for Covid-19.

    During this period, menus from T3B2 F&B outlets may not be available on Changi Eats, Changi Airport’s food delivery service. The customer service counter at T3B2 will also be closed. Customers needing assistance should visit Information Counter at Terminal 3 Arrival Hall (Level 1). 

    Stores and restaurants at other levels of Terminal 3 will remain open.

The minimum group size is 20 and maximum group size is 30. For groups larger than 30 persons, organisations should make two tour bookings.

Yes, but visitors who require wheelchair assistance will need to be accompanied by a fellow visitor, as the tour includes a short bus ride from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2.

The whole tour will take approximately 2 hours to complete.

The tour will start in Terminal 4 and end at Terminal 2.  Participants who drove to the airport can take a short complimentary shuttle bus ride between Terminals 2 and 4, to collect their cars after the tour.

Once your tour date has been confirmed, you will be sent a link to make payment online. Only credit card payments are accepted.

Refreshments are not included as part of the tour but participants can enjoy Changi Airport’s food and beverage options on their own after the tour.

Yes, you will need to go through security screening before entering the T4 transit area. Please do not bring along any liquids, aerosols or gel (LAGs) of more than 100ml, as these will be discarded during the security screening process.

As you will be going through security checks soon after the start of the tour, we advise against bringing bottled water. You may wish to bring along an empty bottle, and fill it up at the water dispensers after you have passed the security checks. 

Please wear comfortable walking shoes as there will be quite a bit of walking involved. 

No, the entire tour is held indoors or under shelter. The tour includes a short bus ride from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2, but the bus bay is fully sheltered.

There will not be a sit-down presentation during this walking tour as your guide will be sharing details of Changi Airport as you make your way through Terminal 4.

Yes, please bring along the identification document which corresponds to your details submitted for security clearance, i.e, NRIC if NRIC number was used, or work permit if work permit number was used.
